This Refund Policy is an agreement between you and FFUNK Media LLC (doing business as 'Grind Studio'), a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

At Grind Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want every producer to be happy with their product. If the product isn't right for you, we want to make it right.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchase a product and decide it is not for you, or if you simply change your mind, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

To claim your refund, you must follow this specific procedure:

You must email our support team directly at support@thegrind.studio.

Your email subject line must be: "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order ID]".

Let us know you'd like a refund. While we appreciate feedback on why it wasn't a fit, no complex technical proof is required.

If you follow this process and communicate with us in good faith, we will process your refund promptly.

1.1 Lifetime Refund Limit (Fraud Prevention)

To protect our business from "serial refunders" and system abuse, we enforce a strict limit of one (1) refund per customer lifetime.

If you have previously requested and received a refund for any Grind Studio product, you are not eligible for refunds on any future purchases.

This limit applies across all your email addresses, IP addresses, and billing methods.

If we detect that you are using multiple identities to bypass this rule, your accounts will be permanently banned.

2. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK POLICY (Zero Tolerance)

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

We take disputes (PayPal Claims) and Chargebacks (Bank Reversals) very seriously.

These actions damage our reputation with payment processors and incur significant fees for our small business (often ranging from $15 to $30 per case), regardless of the outcome.

By purchasing from Grind Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Mandatory First Step: You agree to contact support@thegrind.studio to resolve any billing issues or refund requests before contacting your bank or PayPal.

Waiver of Refund Rights: If you open a dispute, claim, or chargeback with PayPal, Stripe, or your credit card issuer before waiting for a response from our support team, you immediately forfeit your right to a refund.

Consequences:

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute, your refund request will be automatically denied.

We will submit this Refund Policy and your user logs (IP address, download activity) to the bank/PayPal as evidence that you agreed to these terms.

Your email address, IP address, and billing details will be permanently banned from purchasing from Grind Studio in the future.

Why do we have this policy?

We have this policy to protect ourselves from disproportionate "dispute fees" that PayPal and Stripe charge us regardless of outcome.

3. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, the law normally states that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download of digital content has started.

However, Grind Studio voluntarily offers a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee (as defined in Section 1) that goes above and beyond the legal minimum requirements. We believe in our products and want you to buy with confidence.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following specific situations:
You have already received a refund for a previous purchase (see Section 1.1).
The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
You have opened a PayPal dispute or Bank Chargeback instead of emailing us first (see Section 2).

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved via our support email:
We will initiate the refund immediately.
It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Governing Law

This Policy and any dispute arising from your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
